Sai Lom Restaurant serves authentic Thai and Chinese dishes complemented with Italian and Western food to fill the menu.  The Kitchen is modernly equipped and immaculate.  The Seafood Sala serves the freshest of seafood prepared in a variety of ways using all the traditional Thai flavors and sauces.  Guests using the pool may order drinks, sandwiches, or salads to dine on the Sun Deck, Room service is available for guests preferring to dine in the Villas.  The restaurant is situated on Railay East Beach offering a seaside view and the cool evening breeze off the bay.  It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy a pleasant evening.

Sunrise Tropical's 28 villas are Northern Thai-style motif and feature luxury rooms tastefully designed with modern facilities and amenities.  All Tropical Villas feature air-conditioning, IDD telephone, satellite television, mini-bar, personal room safe, hair dryer, electric water thermos for coffee and tea, patio and lotus pond.  All villa bathrooms come with a complete set of toiletries, room and beach towels, and bathrobes.  The Tropical Villa Plus features a grand-sized bathroom with bathtub and private outdoor shower.  Patio chairs are cushioned and view to gardens of succulents, palms, flowers, ferns, orchids, and small ponds.

  • All transfers are private a/c coach to Ao Nam Mao Pier, followed by private long-tail boat (20 minutes) from pier to Railay East Beach and Sunrise Tropical Resort.( Unless otherwise specified) .  Rates are maximum group of 6 people.
  • Airport Transfer: not exceeding 6 adults)
     
    • Airport transfer includes both private a/c coach and private long-tail boat.
    • Guest is greeted on arrival by a driver with a small sign having the Guest's Name.
    • Guests are transported by car or mini-van from Krabi or Phuket Airports to Ao Nam Mao Pier.
    • At Ao Nam Mao Pier the resort's staff will assist you with your luggage for embarking by the resort's long-tail boat to Railay East Beach and Sunrise Tropical Resort (Boat Ride about 15-20 miutes).
    • Total time for transfer from Krabi Airport = 1 hour.  Time from Phuket Airport = 3 hours.

    Useful advice:
    - Transfer to Railay Beach during "Low Tide" is more difficult and the guest may have to walk to and from the boat as much as 100 meters during "Low Tide".
    - Guest should be prepared for walking in the sea on arrival to Railay East Beach. Wearing good sandals with high soles is highly recommended and much better than walking barefoot in the sea.

 
Credit card (Visa/Master) is acceptable, plus of 3.5% bank charge.
Payment: full payment at least 15 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellation Policy:
within 65 days for Peak Season(20 Dec - 10 Jan), otherwise 2 nights room of total room booking will be charged.
within 35 days for High Season (1 Nov - 19 Dec and 11 Jan - 30 Apr), otherwise 2-night room rate will be charged.
within 20 days for Low Season (1 May - 31 Oct), otherwise 1-night room rate will be charged.
No show and early departures will also be charged a 100% cancellation fee on the full stay.
 less than 10 days prior to arrival date will result in penalty of one night charge of the booking.
Extra Bed Policy: Third person in room, 12 years and older, extra bed mandatory.  All bed rates include extra breakfast, VAT and service charge.
